Sharing

Panther and I were sitting around chatting the other night, sharing confidences, discussing favorite things to eat and do. Panther's favorite dessert is mousse (she pronounced it "mousey" - so cute) and her favorite movie is Pink Panther, the original film with Peter Sellers. I asked her if she missed living in community with her Order of Feline sisters and she said, no, I am her sister now. She called me her "Sister Mom" and said there's a word in Cat for this relationship - it's "Aawaamaa". She said the vowels make aawaamaa soft and that's the way she feels toward me. How beautiful!
