Moon

Last night when I went outside to check on things, there was a big yellow moon in the sky. It was so beautiful and all around it were lots of golden stars. I felt like I could leap up and touch them. My Mom kept calling, "Panther come in! Panther Rose! Sister Panther Rose, come in the house!" I was hearing her in the background but not paying any attention. I was lost in the stars. I wanted to ask My Mom to bring out a Mehwamehwa*** for me but I couldn't because I don't know the word for it in English. So I waited until I got good and cold and then I came in.
