The Chihuahua Language

I'm trying to talk to Pablo but for the life of me, I can't understand a word of Chihuahua. It sounds like an all-vowel language. Pablo seems to be making a series of high pitched screeches that sound like 00ooooOOO00oo0, rising and falling and starting over again. He also makes a rooster squawk sound like aaaAAAaa00aaa. He goes on and on with the sounds and they get higher and higher whooping along. I don't know how he talks in all vowels because Cat has so many interesting consonants like in the Rahs and Mehs and Waas.

I asked My Mom if there is a Cat/Chihuahua Dictionary. She checked it out on the Internet and there is not. Maybe someone should work on writing one.
