INVITATION

Sister Panther is having a conniption fit. She opened (she says "by mistake") an envelope addressed to The Girls which contained a glossy brochure with a picture of a well-groomed standard poodle on the cover. The mailing is from the OBC, Order of Beautiful Canines. They appear to be a small Order of dogs and they've extended an invitation for us all to come up some Sunday for a visit and a guided tour.

Well, Panther is screeching up a storm. She insists that she will be the only Sister in this house and indeed she will be. The dogs are not even Catholic! Rosey-Petunia is Jewish and can write all the Hebrew letters and Diamond is some sort of Presbyterian.

So this should be the end of Panther's snit. At least for the time being.
